We have developed fully automatic equipment that ensures an efficient and hygienic removal of the foil of foil-ripened cheese. Hygienic conveyor belts take care of the connection with for example a cutting machine for blocks and loaves. Ideal for larger cheese processing companies, cheese manufacturers and chain stores.

Foil removal machine F-400
This automatic machine removes the foil from foil-ripened cheese such as Euro sizes and Cheddar sizes without the need for a blowing system. This machine is hygienic thanks to the separated production area and technical component area and can be easily adjusted to process other cheese types.
De-rinding machine
Equipment for the complete rind removal of round, rectangular and square cheeses. After the rind has been removed, the cheese can be transported on a hygienic conveyor belt for further processing.
