Your cheese directly into the slicer
GROBA provides several machines for cutting whole cheeses into smaller parts for further processing such as slices and hotel blocks. Various cutting options, cutting speeds and cheese dimensions are possible. We also deliver complete pre-cutting lines in which the machines are connected by hygienic conveyor belts that ensure a seamless integration, also with equipment from other suppliers. These machines are applied by cheese processing companies, cheese manufacturers and chain stores.
Cutting machine MHDM-520
A fully automatic machine for pre-cutting into loaves, blocks and halves. This modular machine is provided with a separate production and technical area for optimal hygiene and easy cleaning.

Slicer feeder MHDM-520-S
Fully automatic slicer feeder to pre-cut cheese into loaves, blocks or halves that are then automatically transported to a slicer or portioning equipment in a desired position. Several executions possible, e.g. XL and Cheddar executions.
Cutting machine for large cheeses GD-1000
To cut larger cheeses such as Emmental and Gruyere into loaves, segments and blocks.
Hygienic conveyor belts
GROBA hygienic conveyor belts are especially designed for the food processing industry: they can be completely dismounted for cleaning and are available in several sizes. It is also possible to include side guiding, crumb plates and dust covers.
Automatic cheese buffering station BUF-5
With this buffering station you can automatically feed cheese cutting lines with cheese. The station consists of a number of conveyor belts that are filled with cheese by an operator after which the machine will unload itself.
