Serviceteam
We provide service 24/7, around the world. Our service engineers will come and install the equipment in your facility and will not leave until the equipment has been tested, is ready for use and after your staff has been trained. The service team will also remind you when your equipment needs preventive maintenance.
Tele service
GROBA also provides remote service without the need for a service engineer to visit your company. You can opt for telesevice where we can solve a problem or monitor your equipment remotely by a modem connection. The modem enables our service engineers to have a look into your equipment to trace and solve the problem quickly and cost-effective.
Preventive maintenance contract
For an optimal lifetime of your GROBA equipment, you can purchase a preventive maintenance contract. The following is checked each year:
- Functional and safety inspections according to NEN and CE regulations
- Preventive maintenance of your equipment
- A status report of the equipment
- Hints and tips on how to use the equipment to the maximum
